You should go and see this festival if you live in Seoul or get a chance come to Seoul during November 4th to 20th!
Cheonggyecheon is an artificial river in the downtown of Seoul. Many people opposed its reconstruction public at first, but after it was opened in 2005 it has became popular public recreation area and touristic spot. And this is one of my favorite places in Seoul. If you sit at the riverside of Cheonggyecheon, you will forget that you are actually in the downtown in a very crowded city. What is more relaxing than see the water flow from the riverside, with autumn wind, and the bright lights of beautiful lanterns at night? So, don't miss the fest~! :")
